We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications using Node.js.
2. Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement high-quality software architectures.
3. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
5. Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimizations for the Node.js applications to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness.
6. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to ensure system stability.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with front-end developers, database engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React.js) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient software architectures.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
